It’s the mid-year musical reckoning! We’re joined by none other than Lindsay Schoolcraft (yes, that Lindsay Schoolcraft!) and the ever-enchanting Pumpkin Queen for a mega-sized episode of Influencers of Metal.
Together, we each reveal our Top 5 favourite listens of 2025 so far — with honourable mentions, genre deep dives, and plenty of laughs along the way. Expect a wild mix of symphonic metal, deathcore, prog, darkwave, and even pirate metal (whether Lindsay likes it or not).
This episode includes 24 songs, over two hours of discussion, and more metal-fueled enthusiasm than your average summer festival lineup. Plus, we talk about Juno nominations, songwriting inspiration, and why Eluveitie, Spiritbox, and Dream Theater are dominating our ears.
Press play! You’ll laugh. You’ll headbang. You might even argue with Collin about pirate metal.
Big thanks to Lindsay Schoolcraft for coming on the show!
