Kings Never Die release new single "Raise A Glass"
Hardcore band Kings Never Die have just released their new single "Raise A Glass". The track is from their upcoming release of the same name which will be released via Upstate Records on February 7th and features Agnostic Front’s Vinny Stigma and Mike Gallo. Hardcore isn’t the right word to describe these guys.
After listening to this song, it’s easier to call it Piratecore (can we make that a genre if it isn’t one?) The songs starts off with a pirate-esque chant about raising your glass “because we can“. I’m not 100% sure whether Dylan Gadino or Dan Nastasi’s is performing their vocals with such gravel, but it compliments the pirate punk style nicely. Even when it gets to the hardcore punk style, it all still fits.
