War Curse announces a Fall Tour through Mexico

The Cincinnati based thrash metal band War Curse has announced Fall plans that include 7 high profile shows throughout Mexico in support of international metal stars Rata Blanca. The tour will begin October 1st in Leon and finish October 10th in Monterrey. Also included on the tour are Inculter of Norway and Mexico’s own Transmetal

War Curse had this to say: “After the cancellation of our European tour we were very reluctant to make this announcement, but the promoter and venues are confident that this tour will happen, and all plans are moving forward. Of course we understand that these are very turbulent times. We hope precautionary measures will be taken by all involved to ensure public safety.

That said, War Curse is very excited to debut in Mexico. The passion and enthusiasm of the Mexican metal fans is known far and wide. Mexico is a market that we’ve looked forward to breaking into for years so when this opportunity presented its self we gladly accepted. We’ve already begun putting together a high energy, extremely fun set for this tour unlike anything we’ve done prior.”

War Curse released their second album titled Eradication in 2019 (available on Svart Records) to much acclaim. You can check out the review I did on YouTube through by clicking here. This will be the band’s first tour since headlining the Evolution’s Failure Tour across the US in support of that release.

  • October 1 - Leon - Foro del Lago

  • October 2 - SLP - Cineteca Alameda

  • October 3 - Guadalajara - Teatro Diana

  • October 4 - CDMX - Pab Oeste Pal de los Deportes
