Jet Jaguar premieres their new video "No Surrender"
After much success from their highly anticipated debut album Endless Nights, Mayan power metal powerhouse Jet Jaguar planned to release a video for their larger than life track - "No Surrender", but like everything else in this world, things became complicated due to Covid–19. Filming became impossible and production came to a hault. After some time, opportunity presented itself again and Jet Jaguar pounced.
"No Surrender" by Jet Jaguar is now streaming in multiple languages and can be viewed at these locations:
JET JAGUAR was formed in 2014 and hails from Cancún, a city located in the Mayan region of Mexico. The band’s name was partially inspired by the jaguar, a sacred animal for the mayan civilization and for the areas where the mayans used to inhabit. Also in 2014, the band released their first demo Call of the Fight, which gave them the opportunity to open for Canadian bands Skull Fist and Striker.
In early 2016, their Zero Hour EP was released. The title track and their first spanish song "Rompiendo el Acero" became fan favorites.
2017 was a busy year for JET JAGUAR. That year saw them tour Mexico twice (for a total of 35 dates). The band also embarked on their first European Tour (across Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland, Hungary and Romania). In August 2017, JET JAGUAR received worldwide recognition by being the first Hispanic-American band to ever win the Wacken Open Air Metal Battle in Germany.
In 2018, JET JAGUAR performed in Mexico City at the biggest metal festival in Latin America: "Corona Hell & Heaven" (acts such as Ozzy Osbourne, Deep Purple, Scorpions, Judas Priest, Megadeth and Gojira also performed). This was followed by their first gig at the Lunario del Auditorio Nacional, which is one of the most important venues for emerging artists in Mexico.
JET JAGUAR kicked off 2019 by performing at the biggest festival in Costa Rica: "Grito Latino". The band dedicated the rest of the year to the production of their debut album Endless Nights. The album was mixed and mastered by Swedish producer Henrikk Udd, who has also worked with bands like Powerwolf, At The Gates, Hammerfall and Bring Me The Horizon.
Endless Nights was finally released in July 2020, under German label Pride & Joy Music. The album reached the following spots in the digital charts:
Deezer Top 300 (All Genres)
#8 Finland
#17 Greece
#36 Czech Republic
#93 Spain
iTunes Top 100

In late 2020, the band signed with European booking agency Nick Grima MGT. Future plans for JET JAGUAR include touring throughout Europe and Mexico in support of Endless Nights.
